Refund policy

Return for Refund:
To create a return on your purchase, email nicola@theaccessorybarn.com with your order number with reason for return. You will receive return shipping instructions. Merchandise must be unworn with labels still in place and returned within 30 days for a refund. After 30 days, you will receive store credit only. An email confirmation is sent once we have processed your refund. After 90 days no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Returns for Exchanges:
Create a replacement order for the correct sizes and styles. Email us with your order number for return instructions. Within 3-5 business days of your return being received by our fulfillment - your method of payment will be refunded. An email confirmation is sent once we have processed your refund.

Returns are subject to the following terms:

Merchandise must be new and unworn.
All white size tags labels must be still on sandals.
Original packaging should be returned.
Customer is responsible for all shipping cost
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Sale items are final sales - No returns allowed.
