Nothing I make starts from nothing. Some pieces begin as curtains, some as a pile of jeans that no longer fit, some as fabric that's been sitting in a bag judging me for two years. This journal documents what happens when I finally do something about it — the pattern, the process, and the finished piece nobody saw coming.
